Shipping & Returns

Free Shipping to the UK.

We offer free shipping on all orders to the UK, items are sent via First Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will usually take between 1 and 3 days to arrive.

Priority Delivery

If you want your order to arrive as soon as possible.

£5 for most items except the following: Suspension Forks, turbo trainers, bike bags, Snowboards, snowboard boots and Snowboard bindings cost £10. Bikes are £35.

All orders that come under the £5 delivery bracket are sent out with Royal Mail Special Delivery, all orders will need to be signed for.

Orders for items that are charged at £10 or £35 for delivery will be sent out by courier.

Dispatch of your order is normally on the same day if you order before 1pm Monday to Friday. If you have ordered a bike it will be dispatched 2 days after your order to allow for the bike to be built up and tested.

If the item you have ordered is out of stock you will be notified as soon as possible, sometimes items that are out of stock will be ordered from our supplier and will be with us the next day. If not then we will let you know when we expect to get the item in.

If you have ordered on a Saturday, Sunday or any bank holiday, your order will be dealt with first thing Monday morning or on the next working day.

Delivery time.

Items that are in stock will be with you within 1 to 3 working days for UK orders and 2-4 days for most European destinations, longer for countries outside of Europe.

For items that are not in stock we will notify you of the expected shipping date of that item as soon as possible, this will usually be within 1 day of the order being placed.

Returns

If you wish to return an item please contact us first.

If you have purchased an item that you would like to return because it doesn’t fit you or you don’t feel it is suitable for your needs, please contact us to arrange a return. All items returned for this reason need to be unused and in a saleable condition, the cost of postage will not be refunded. You will need to notify us of your intention to return the item within 7 days of your receipt of the item.

All our products are backed up by a full manufacturer’s warrantee, if you have purchased a product that you feel has failed because of a manufacturers fault then please contact us to arrange returning this to us. The cost of your carriage to return the item will be refunded, up to £25. We can then either send you a replacement or give you a refund.

If an item reaches you in a broken state then please let us know as soon as possible and return all packaging and the item to us. We will then either give you a refund or send out a replacement. Any costs of returning the item to us will be refunded, up to £25.

Cancellation Policy

If once you have made an order you may cancel it at any time up until the moment it is dispatched with our couriers, once the order has left our premises with our courier you are unable to cancel your order and will need to return it when you receive it.

The status of dispatched in the order processing status in emails sent to you or in the my account area on our web site does not always mean it has left our premises.

Collection of our delivery’s by our couriers normally takes place after 2pm every week day.
