At Noahs Ark we believe in giving our customers the best products and services possible, that is why all the Shimano, Raceface, Rockshox, Fox Forx etc products that we sell are the genuine aftermarket items.

When you buy an aftermarket item it is designed to fit all bikes, it often comes with tools and extra washers and bolts to cope with different bikes and set ups. The item will be backed up with a full UK waranty, should anything go wrong. And it comes in a nice box so that it could be given as a present.

Many of our competitors selling products very cheaply are not selling the original Aftermarket items, they are often things made for the Original Equipment (OE) market. The OE market is the way that the likes of Specialized and Cannondale buy the components to fit to their bikes, this means that the components are shipped in a plastic bag with only the accessories that that manufacturer needs, they are also often tweaked to match that bike. For example, Suspension forks with have their steerer tubes  pre-cut to length, brakes may not have all the right bolts to fit all frames, chainsets won’t have all the tools and washers to make them fit.
