We offer free shipping on all orders to the UK mainland. Small items are sent via First Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, larger items by courier. In either case they will usually take between 1 and 3 days to arrive. Most of our customers use this option as it is so fast and such good value. (Sorry, does not include Scottish Highlands and Islands or Northern Ireland)
If you need it fast the next day, we recommend our priority delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery or private courier. Please Note: Friday evening and Weekend Priority orders are shipped on Monday Please make sure your order is received by our system no later than 2pm to ensure next day delivery. On order values up to £149.99 shipping costs £10

If you wish to return an item please call the shop on 01453 884738. We can advise you on another suitable product or you can take advantage of our 30 Day No Hassle Refund Policy. Except in cases where an item is sent incorrectly by us, all shipping is at customer's expense. If you feel the error is ours please contact us before shipping the item back. As soon as we receive the item, which must be in its original packaging and in a saleable condition, then we will be able to process your return. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing and please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refundable amount if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. Original packaging must be protected when returned to us, ie. please do not attach shipping labels or tape to the packaging itself.
All our products are backed up by a full manufacturer warranty. if you have purchased a product that you feel has failed because of a manufacturer's fault, then please contact us to arrange returning this to us. The cost of your carriage to return the item will be refunded, up to £25. We can then either send you a replacement or give you a refund.
Transit Damaged goods
If an item reaches you in a damaged state, then please let us know within 24 hours and RETAIN ALL PACKAGING for inspection (please do not cut up boxes until they are inspected). We will then either give you a refund or send out a replacement. Any costs of returning the item to us will be refunded, up to £25.We reserve the right to refuse return and refund on items when we are not notified in a timely fashion and/or when packaging is not available for inspection.
Once you have made an order you may cancel it at any time up until the moment it is dispatched. Once the order has left our premises, you will not be able to cancel and will instead need to return it via our Returns Policy.
